Field Evening in Mosheim once again attracts thousands of visitors

Mosheim – The traditional Field Evening in Mosheim was once again a great success this year: several thousand visitors gathered on the Hocke family’s premises on the first Thursday in September, where Raiffeisen Waren GmbH once again organized an impressive event centered on modern agriculture.
“Once again this year, countless Fendt fans and technology enthusiasts made their way to Mosheim. And the numbers keep growing every year!” said Friedrich Lux, Head of the Technology Division at Raiffeisen Waren. The Field Evening has long since become a fixed date in the calendar for farmers, families, and technology enthusiasts in the region – and clearly demonstrates what Raiffeisen Waren stands for: practical relevance, innovative strength, and a strong sense of togetherness. As always, the focus was on agricultural machinery – including powerful Fendt tractors as well as tillage equipment from brands such as Amazone and Köckerling, which are among Raiffeisen Waren’s technology partners.
The machines were presented expertly and entertainingly by Steffen Gümbel (Head of Harvest Technology Sales at Raiffeisen Waren) together with Fendt factory representative Thomas Stieglitz. Particular attention was drawn to the unveiling of the new Fendt 832 Vario – a highlight for technology enthusiasts, impressively staged with a falling curtain.
Supporting young talent in agriculture was once again a key concern for Raiffeisen Waren GmbH this year. As part of this year’s Raiffeisen Field Day in Gudensberg, organized by the Agriculture division in June, the Schwalm and Hofgeismar Young Farmers’ Associations each received a donation of €500, along with a Fendt pedal tractor – as a thank-you for their commitment during the agricultural event to inspiring young people to take an interest in farming. “It is important to us to support and involve the next generation,” emphasized Laura Otto from the Agriculture division, who carried out the handover together with Friedrich Lux.
As every year, a highlight for younger visitors was the appearance with their own pedal tractors: proudly, they drove into the demonstration ring and received a small gift there – a lovingly designed program item that was very well received. In addition, this year once again featured a charity campaign under the motto “Herzenssache”: the sale of gingerbread hearts raised a four-figure sum, which will soon be donated to a charitable organization in Kassel. After the final parade, the festivities continued seamlessly in the marquee, where DJ Marco Leistner kept the atmosphere lively well past midnight.
