Entry Qualification Year (EQJ).

Your EQJ with the Generation Together.

As part of the Entry Qualification Year (EQJ), you have the opportunity to gain practical experience within the Raiffeisen Waren Group while continuing your education. The program allows you to explore one of our career fields, develop professional skills, and prepare for a future apprenticeship. During the EQJ, you will receive fair compensation, build a bridge between school and apprenticeship, and enhance your chances in the job market.

FOS Internship.

Sustainable orientation for your future.

The FOS internship (technical high school internship) is an important component of the Fachoberschule (FOS). It offers you the opportunity to gain practical experience in your chosen field, understand subject-specific connections, and apply the theoretical knowledge you’ve acquired in class.
The internship is selected in consultation with your school and spans the first year of the FOS. Additionally, during the FOS internship, you will receive fair compensation of €500 per month.
The FOS internship is a valuable experience that helps you discover and further develop your professional interests and skills.
