Alongside established energy sources, we are increasingly focusing on innovative and alternative energy concepts such as wood pellets, photovoltaics, HVO, and, in the longer term, hydrogen. In this way, we support the development of a future-proof energy supply and combine economic viability with responsible action.
The roots of our energy business date back to the early activities of the cooperatives in the late 19th century. Today, the energy division stands for a broad and modern portfolio that reliably supplies households, businesses, and municipalities.
Heat, electricity, and mobility based on modern, sustainable energy sources
We ensure a reliable supply of heat and mobility based on selected, modern energy sources and support our customers with personalized advice. The focus is on proven, practical solutions that meaningfully combine efficiency, availability, and sustainability. These include wood pellets, modern heating oil variants, and alternative fuels such as HVO diesel.
In addition, we also provide support with energy-related topics such as photovoltaic projects when needed – from initial consultation through to on-site implementation. Our solutions are always aligned with the latest technological developments and current regulatory frameworks.
In this way, we help households and businesses find suitable, future-ready energy solutions – reliable, tailored to their needs, and realistically implementable.
Mobility today and tomorrow
A key part of our mobility business continues to be based on conventional diesel – reliable, well established, and indispensable for many operations. In addition, we are gradually expanding our range to include alternative fuel options that can offer additional possibilities depending on the area of use.
These include HVO diesel as well as – depending on regional availability and technical suitability – energy sources such as biogenic LNG or CNG variants and, in the longer term, hydrogen. We see these offerings as a complement to our existing portfolio, not as a comprehensive replacement.
At our filling stations, we supply agricultural businesses, trades, and private customers with modern fuels – and, if required, also deliver directly to the farm by tanker truck.
Everything you need – right on site
The Energy & Markets division also stands for comprehensive supply for home, farm, animals, and garden. Everything needed on the farm or in the garden can be obtained at the nearby Raiffeisen market. The product ranges are tailored to customers’ needs, enabling practical, individualized, and meaningful local supply.
